All Builders work out the costs of the Labour and Materials to complete your project;

Standard Builders will then add a “mark-up” which is generally between 25% and 35% to cover their overhead and profit margin. VAT is then added at 20% 

TEAMWORK however do not charge a “mark-up” and we do not charge VAT on all our labour. The result is a cheaper build at less cost
